Those who register for our information fair agree to the participation rules.
Hire costs and discounts
The rental price of your stand depends on the products and/or services your company or association offers at the fair. There are four categories with corresponding fees. You can only register via the registration form on this website. Mention your chosen stand formula, surface area and stand location. Via the page 'Calculate the price of your stand' you can find out what it costs. Please note: Flanders Expo / Easyfairs charges a few extra costs for each stand, except for the small info stand, which they will invoice to you (see below).
Setting up your stand
You can build the stand yourself, hire a stand builder or use the services of Flanders Expo (invoicing via Easyfairs).
Calculate the price of your exhibition stand
Calculate the price of your exhibition stand yourself, including any discounts, by completing the form below. You cannot calculate the price of a small 6m2 info stand with this module. It costs €615, including VAT and all costs (walls, electricity and socket, lighting, insurance and frieze with the name). Only exhibitors without commercial activities are eligible for a small info stand. All other stands are at least 9m2. Please note that not any number of m2 is possible. There are various surface areas, which can also be combined. Please see the plan.
