Basic price : exhibitors with commercial activities: \u20ac135\/m2<\/sup> (hors TVA)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

File fee for registration, administration, and promotional costs: \u20ac 235 (excl VAT)<\/p>\n

Exhibition stands with three or four open sides and a depth of 8m are subject to a supplement of \u20ac7.00\/m2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Possible discounts for these stands (exhibitors with commercial activities)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Register before 17 October 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

You benefit from a discount of \u20ac5 per m\u00b2 applied to the rate of \u20ac135 per m\u00b2, provided that a 30% advance payment is made in autumn 2026. You will receive an advance invoice.<\/p>\n

Hire a stand larger than 80 m2<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you do so, you will benefit from a discount of \u20ac 15\/m2<\/sup> on the basic price of \u20ac 135m2<\/sup> from the 81st<\/sup> metre onwards.<\/p>\n

Price for exhibitors without commercial activities : <\/strong>\u20ac58<\/strong>\/m2<\/sup> (hors TVA)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

File fee for registration, administration, and promotional costs: \u20ac 118 (excl VAT)<\/p>\n

Exhibition stands with three or four open sides and a depth of 8m are subject to a supplement of \u20ac7.00\/m2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

If you do not supply any paid services or sell\/hire any products, if you are mainly based on voluntary work or you are a government body, the rate for exhibitors without commercial activities will apply to you. This rate is intended for interest groups, self-help groups, public services, schools, etc.<\/p>\n

Price for exhibitors with mixed activities : \u20ac93\/m2<\/sup> (hors TVA)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

File fee for registration, administration, and promotional costs: \u20ac 165\/m2<\/sup><\/p>\n

Exhibition stands with three or four open sides and a depth of 8m are subject to a supplement of \u20ac7.00\/m2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>If your organisation offers paid services but is also active in advocacy work and\/or uses volunteers, you may be eligible for the \u2018exhibitors with mixed activities\u2019 rate. Contact the exhibition secretaries for more information.<\/p>\n

Small information stand for exhibitors without commercial activities: \u20ac700 (TVA incluse)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Price includes<\/u><\/strong> file charge for registration fee, administration and promotion costs.<\/p>\n

Do you want to register an organisation with no commercial activities, such as an interest group, user organisation, sports club, etc. and do you only need a small, 6m2<\/sup> information stand<\/strong>? If so, one of our all-in stands is probably a good choice.<\/p>\n

Only one stand can be rented per association<\/p>\n
