  • Structures Above 2.5 Meters<\/strong>: Submit a request for approval from REVA and your neighbors.<\/li>\n
  • Neatly Finished Back<\/strong>: If your stand has no neighboring stands or exceeds 2.5 meters in height (with permission), ensure the back is neatly finished (smooth panels, no visible cables, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Energy Connection Points<\/strong>: Consider the energy connection points as marked on the plan.<\/li>\n
  • Proper Lighting<\/strong>: Ensure your stand is well-lit.<\/li>\n
  • Flanders Expo\/Easyfairs will make an online order form<\/strong> available where each exhibitor can order additional equipment and services (furniture, electricity, etc.). Flanders Expo\/Easyfairs will provide the necessary information on how to access this form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If you opted for a modular or all-in stand, Easyfairs will build it in compliance with the exhibition regulations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
