To ensure every exhibitor can hire the surface area they want and to puzzle together all the stands suitably, we will be accepting registrations in three phases this year. Would you like to be there as an exhibitor? Then read below from when you can register.

Phase 1 – 13/05 onwards – for stands of 72 m2 or more

  • Who is this for? Exhibitors who had a stand of 72 m2 or more at REVA2023. Or for REVA2023 exhibitors who want to expand their stand to 72 m2 or more.
  • Every exhibitor will get the opportunity to confirm the place that they had at REVA2023.
  • Do you want a bigger stand than the one you had at REVA2023? Or would you like to move your stand to a different position? We will consider the possibilities with you.

 Phase 2 – 27/05 onwards – for stands of 48 m2 or more

  • Who is this for? All REVA2023 exhibitors who had a stand of 48 m2 or more at REVA2023 or want to expand their stand to 48 m2 or more.
  • You can choose your position freely, subject to availability. 

Phase 3 – 12/06 onwards – for all prospective exhibitors

  • Who is this for? All prospective exhibitors, irrespective of the size of their stand or history with REVA.
  • Please note: bear in mind the minimum surface areas for exhibitors with no commercial activities (6 m2) and those with commercial activities (9 m2).
