By public transport
Flanders Expo can be reached by Tram 1 from Gent Sint-Pieters station. This tram stops at the Flanders Expo stop. REVA assistants will be waiting for you at these stops. There are also community guards on Tram 1 who can help you. Normally you are not allowed on the tram or bus with a mobility scooter. An employee of De Lijn will arrange transport for you at Gent Sint-Pieters, in collaboration with Mobar vzw. Preferably make arrangements for that transport in advance. Call Mobar on 09 216 20 67. How to reach The Loop, the ring road around Flanders Expo?
- Via E40 from Brussels or Ostend: take exit 14.
- Via E17 from Kortrijk: the interchange at Zwijnaarde with the E40 towards Ostend, take exit 14: R4/Expo.
- Via E17 from Antwerp: take exit Zwijnaarde or Destelbergen to outer ring road R4 towards Eeklo.
Getting lost on The Loop
- Follow exit 7 on The Loop to visitor car park B.
- If you have a blue European disabled parking card. Then follow the illuminated signs to the disabled parking at The Loop. On presentation of your parking card, you will be granted free access to this car park nearby.
- Exhibitors follow exit 5 on The Loop to car park A. You can only use this car park on presentation of a valid parking voucher, which you purchase in advance.
