What is charged to you by Easyfairs?
*Easyfairs is the company that manages Flanders Expo, the venue where REVA organises the information fair.
- Parking permits for exhibitors that were ordered using the Toolbox
- The construction of modular stands as described in ‘Formulas and Prices’
- All furniture and stand fittings that are rented from Easyfairs using the Toolbox (unless they are included in a modular stand).
- All charges for connections and use of water, electricity, telephone, internet etc. (unless they are included in a modular stand).
- All extra costs for constructing the stand, rental of boom lifts etc
