for all exhibitors with bare surfaces (not for modular stands)
08.00 – 22.00: trucks admitted
Wednesday 6 December
for all exhibitors
08.00 – 14.00: trucks admitted
14.00 – 20.00: cars and small delivery vans admitted
all stands must be set up by 20.00

8.30 ‑ 18.00 open for exhibitors
9.30 – 17.00: open to public
Friday 8 December
8.30 ‑ 18.00 open for exhibitors
9.30 – 17.00: open to public
Saturday 9 December
8.30 ‑ 24.00 open for exhibitors
9.30 – 17.00: open to public
Dismantling of stands
Saturday 9 December
17.00 – 24.00: gates will not open until 17.20, once all visitors have left the hall
Sunday 10 December
08.00 – 18.00
(Monday 11 December)
By way of exception, you can still remove stand materials on Monday, subject to permission from Easyfairs and provided you pay for any additional hours of security and other costs charged by Easyfairs.
Parking during the exhibition: exhibitors are requested to take exit no. 5 from The Loop to car park A, which is only accessible upon presentation of a valid parking voucher.
