anne-Lore by Van Herck has specialised in healthcare textiles for over 40 years. The family business, 2nd generation, is run by Anne-Lore and Hans Van Herck. Besides a wide range of aids for frail elderly, people with disabilities and psychiatric patients, they also offer flame-retardant bed linen - from fitted sheets and pillowcases to coverless duvets.

'Wearing meets caring' is our moto. Increasingly, we have focused on comfortable, protective clothing for patients that simultaneously reduces the physical load for carers. Within this patient clothing, the focus is no longer just on being functional, but also beautiful and stylish. Clothing in colours, with prints and in jeans that look normal.

High in our banner is commitment, problem-solving thinking, quality and reliability. We take our inspiration from the industry by consulting with carers, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Based on their input, we design our collections, which we produce ourselves in our workshop in Geel. As a company, we remain committed to product development and innovation.

That is why we have anchored sustainable business in our DNA and why we have also been participating in the Voka Charter for Sustainable Business since 2020.
The attention is expressed in various areas. For instance, we very consciously work with reusable packaging, we have invested in solar panels, charging stations, bicycle parking with charging station and we work with companies and facilities for people with disabilities from our region. For us, creating a safe and healthy working environment for our own employees is also part of sustainable entrepreneurship. Furthermore, we make more and more products with biological raw materials or recycled materials. We also want to continue along this path in the coming years.
