Participation regulations for exhibitions organised by REVA vzw
Those who register for our information fair agree to the participation rules.
Hire costs and discounts
The rental price of your stand depends on the products and/or services your company or association offers at the fair. There are four categories with corresponding fees. You can only register via the registration form on this website. Mention your chosen stand formula, surface area and stand location. Via the page 'Calculate the price of your stand' you can find out what it costs. Please note: Flanders Expo / Easyfairs charges a few extra costs for each stand, except for the small info stand, which they will invoice to you (see below).
Communication opportunities for participating exhibitors
At REVA, visitors get to know your offering. But as an exhibitor, you have a lot of extra and exclusive opportunities to put your offer or organisation in the spotlight free of charge or at very low rates.
REVAcation for tourism exhibitors, with a holiday market for accessible accommodation
Do you provide accessible tourist accommodation? Do you offer adapted holidays? Do you have a recreational offer that people with disabilities can also enjoy? You can present all that in the REVAcation village at REVA2025. And this year, there will also be a holiday market for accessible accommodation at REVAcation.
